Quiet: These apartments are nice to live in because your neighbours won’t be as noisy and will wake up your sims way less often than in other buildings.Historical: These apartments will have a nice plaque on the wall that can’t be removed no matter what, and if your sim takes some time to look at the plaque they can get an inspired moodlet.
